Information about renting

    • We require individuals to use autopay. A credit or debit card is required.
    • Rent starts the day the Easy Box is dropped off.
    • Do not fill the Easy Box more than 6,000 lbs.
    • Easy Mobile Storage is not responsible for contents. Check with your homeowners/renters insurance for coverage.

  • How much can I fit in one Easy Box?

    One Easy Box fits approximately 2-3 rooms of furniture. Varies depending on the size of the items.

  • How quickly can I get an Easy Box?

    Same day if possible! We will do everything in our power to get you an Easy Box when you need it.

  • Does Easy Mobile Storage serve where I live?

    Easy Mobile Storage serves the following cities along the Wasatch Front: Provo, Orem, Vineyard, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Alpine, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Lehi, Bluffdale, Draper, Riverton, Herriman, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Murray, Midvale, South Jordan, West Jordan, Taylorsville, Kerns, West Valley, Magna, South Salt Lake, Salt Lake City, North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, Bountiful, Centerville, Farmington, Fruit Heights, Kaysville, Layton, Syracuse, Clearfield, West Point, Park City, Tooele Valley.

  • What if I don’t need my Easy Box for an entire month?

    No problem! We offer a daily rate. If the daily rate exceeds the monthly rate, you will be charged for the monthly rate.

  • When will my Easy Box arrive?

    We will contact you either by email or by text with your estimated delivery window.

  • What can I load in my Easy Box?

    Almost anything can be placed in the Easy Box. However, there are some exceptions. Hazardous materials (toxic chemicals, gas, liquids, waste, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles, etc.) and animals are strictly prohibited. In addition, we recommend that heirlooms, legal documents and currency not be placed in your Easy Box.

  • How long can I keep my Easy Box?

    As long as there are no local restrictions in your area, you can keep the Easy Box as long as you need. We will bill you appropriately for the additional use.

  • Do my items in the Easy Box need to be packed?

    To help prevent damage to your items if we move the Easy Box while it is full, we recommend all items be wrapped, padded or placed in a box. We take the most care possible during transport but sometimes things are out of our hands. We are not responsible for any broken or damaged items during transport.

  • Can I access my Easy Box while it is being stored?

    Yes. You will need to make an appointment to access your Easy Box while we store it.
